“Cryptoassets” were, until recently, mostly associated with Bitcoin, memecoins and speculations. Today, the spotlight has shifted to stablecoins - and not by accident. They are increasingly appearing in the context of real-world payments, settlement, and financial infrastructure.
Is this already a new standard, or still an experimental phase? What is driving institutional interest in stablecoins? Are they an "final product", or just a stepping stone toward something else?
Sławomir Paśko, together with his guests, invites you to a discussion on what's truly changing and what is still taking.

Europe today stands at a strategic opportunity to build its own infrastructure for AI, cloud gaming, and real-time computing—technologies that will form the foundation of the digital economy over the next decade. This panel will explore how the development of data centers, GPU infrastructure, and edge cloud is enabling new models for game distribution, AI model training, and real-time data processing.
The discussion will bring together representatives from across the entire value chain: from cloud gaming operators such as Blacknut, through development and technology studios like Sperasoft (part of Keywords Studios), ART Games Studio S.A., and Elympics, to infrastructure and engineering companies such as DL Invest Group and VVDN Technologies. The panel will also include a representative from the European Commission responsible for the development of the digital sector and supporting infrastructure investments in the CEE region.
The conversation will focus on how Europe can build sovereign AI and cloud computing infrastructure, what investments in GPU data centers, edge nodes, and low-latency networks are required, and how collaboration between the gaming industry, cloud operators, and public institutions can accelerate the development of next-generation digital services—from cloud gaming to real-time AI applications.
The panel will also highlight why Central and Eastern Europe has the potential to become one of the key infrastructure hubs for this sector, combining strong technical talent, access to energy, and growing investments in data centers and edge cloud.

Poland is the only EU member state that has failed to pass domestic MiCA legislation - twice vetoed by a president who calls the regulatory framework a threat to freedom, while the government warns that unregulated crypto is a playground for money laundering and foreign intelligence. With July 2026 as the hard compliance deadline, Polish crypto firms are relocating to Lithuania, Malta, and Dubai. The country that was once Central Europe's leading VASP jurisdiction is bleeding talent and capital.
And yet Poland holds a card nobody else in the room has: StaBillon, operating under the country's only KNF Electronic Money Institution licence since 2019, is now one of the EU's first authorized EMT issuers on ESMA's MiCA registry - issuing regulated, fiat-backed stablecoins in EUR, PLN, and CZK while most of Europe is still filling out CASP applications. This paradox, innovation thriving inside regulatory chaos, is not an accident. It's the result of choosing the hard path of financial licensing years before MiCA existed.
But Poland's stalemate matters far beyond its borders. The country sits at the intersection of three colliding forces that will determine how 450 million Europeans pay, save, and transact in the digital age.

Fireside chat explores whether tokenization is a real evolution of the real estate market or just a narrative around perceived liquidity. Starting from the shift from early blockchain experiments to emerging concepts like digital REITs and data centers as a new asset class, the conversation will examine where the true value lies—access, efficiency, or liquidity.
From the perspective of a large-scale developer, the discussion will challenge whether tokenization meaningfully changes how real estate portfolios are built and financed, what currently blocks institutional adoption, and whether this transformation will be driven by startups or incumbent capital.
A key focus will be the tension between promised liquidity and its real market depth, as well as the role of retail investors versus institutional players. The session will close with forward-looking scenarios for the next 5–10 years, outlining how much of the market could become tokenized and who is most likely to capture the value in this transition.

No serious enterprise wants their vendor payments broadcasted on a public ledger — yet that's exactly what stablecoins do today. Privacy and compliance don't have to be enemies. Next Block Expo Summary and Awards Ceremony
This presentation explores whether diversification in crypto portfolios truly reduces risk, challenging common assumptions with historical cycle data and market behavior. It contrasts intuitive strategies with data-driven approaches, highlighting how identifying strong outperforming assets often matters more than broad diversification. Drawing on Modern Portfolio Theory and simulations, it presents optimal allocations (including the role of USD as a stability tool rather than a profit driver) to balance risk and return.

Big Short Therapy: Rozliczenie
I przede wszystkim o rozmowie.
Jeśli jesteś częścią tej historii - jako obserwator, uczestnik albo ktoś, kto zapłacił za lekcję rynku - to jest przestrzeń, żeby ją domknąć albo przynajmniej nazwać po imieniu.

Rafał Zaorski is one of the most recognized — and polarizing — figures in the Polish financial and investment landscape.
He rose to national prominence through highly public, multi-million-dollar market plays, openly sharing bold speculative positions that repeatedly made headlines across both financial and mainstream media. His trades weren’t quiet portfolio adjustments — they were high-conviction statements that triggered debate, emotion, and massive audience engagement.
Among his most notable calls was accurately anticipating the collapse of the $LUNA ecosystem. He executed a multi-million-dollar short position on $LUNA, riding the move from peak valuation all the way to the bottom — a trade that became one of the most talked-about market plays in the region.
Zaorski is known for blending finance, speculation, and internet pop culture into a communication style that commands attention. His campaigns are not traditional influencer marketing — they are attention-driven narratives that generate real reach, real discussion, and real market impact.
On stage, he brings raw market insight, first-hand experience in high-stakes trading, and an unfiltered perspective on risk, psychology, and media dynamics in modern finance.

For over twenty years, I have been an entrepreneur, and my professional journey has been a continuous search for new challenges and opportunities. I have worked across various industries — from building networks and sales in sectors such as digital television, through renewable energy, to modern technologies, including cryptocurrencies and gaming. Each of these stages has been not only a business endeavor but, above all, a lesson, an experience, and another step in my development.
I have always been fascinated by creating something from scratch and participating in projects that have the potential to make a real impact on people. One such project is the game “Akademia Pana Kleksa,” where I have the pleasure of being a co-producer — it is a particularly important undertaking for me, combining the world of business with creativity and imagination.
Alongside my professional life, family and quality of everyday living have become increasingly important to me. For some time, we had been searching together for a place that could mark the beginning of a new chapter in our lives — a space where the pace is different and life is more intentional.
The breakthrough came unexpectedly. During a vacation in Thailand, something happened that cannot be planned — we fell in love with the place at first sight. The atmosphere, the people, the climate, and the lifestyle made the decision come naturally.
We decided to take a bold step and move there with our entire family. It is not just a change of residence, but above all a new stage — more conscious, closer to nature, and to what truly matters.

As an advisor to early-stage fintech founders, the work centres on designing the payment flows and technical infrastructure needed to launch compliant, scalable cross-border payment operations — turning complex regulatory and technical landscapes into actionable go-to-market strategies.
Founder & CEO, Stabillon | Blockchain Pioneer & Financial InnovatorAndrzej Horoszczak’s story is the ultimate testament to the resilience, ambition, and global impact of the Polish diaspora. In 1988, as a teenager, Andrzej left the fading shadows of communist Poland to forge a new path in the United States and the United Kingdom. Driven by the immigrant work ethic and a brilliant mind for economics, he earned his way into the Wharton School to study finance. From there, he conquered the traditional financial world, gaining experience at the highest echelons of Wall Street and in the City of London. But while the West offered unparalleled success, the call of a free and rapidly rising Poland was too strong to ignore.Returning to his homeland in the early 2000s, Andrzej didn't just want to witness the unprecedented Polish economic boom—he wanted to build its future. Recognizing that technology would outpace traditional banking, he made a bold pivot from high finance into deep tech. He founded Billon, a trailblazing enterprise tech company, and went on to author and hold 8 US and EU patents in advanced blockchain technology.Today, Andrzej is bringing his journey full circle, seamlessly merging his Wall Street financial acumen with his proprietary tech innovations. His latest venture, Stabillon, is revolutionizing the European digital economy by launching regulated, MiCA-compliant stablecoins. Underscoring his position at the bleeding edge of the industry, Stabillon currently holds the only MiCA license in Poland.Andrzej holds eight blockchain patents, runs the only company in Poland with a MiCA license for stablecoins, and is here to show us how technology and finance are merging.
